In the midst of the sea of Media, Political, and Scientific flip-floppers, the storm rages and We The People are supposed to BE AFRAID. They tell US stories of times past: FEAR… do you know the story of the 1918 Influenza? This is gonna be worse so FEAR…. did you hear about the person who caught COVID twice and finally died of it? The worst is yet come… FEAR. Don’t think too hard about how that person was also diabetic, undergoing Chemo for Cancer & almost 90 years old. Instead: “FEAR.. live in it” they say in the undertones of their not-so-subliminal messaging. It’s said that those who refuse to live in FEAR are the ones who’ll lose (or at least be otherwise vilified, silenced &/or suppressed), for “dead men tell no tales” nor are losers allowed to write establishment’s history texts.

There are still some excellent truth-tellers (even some not removed from YouTube… yet), who have been able to keep going strong, against all odds stacked in favor of the house of-card-holders: the self-appointed kings & sole distributors of “unfalsifiable” knowledge, who’ll make sure their own independent(ly paid) fact-checkers debunk anything that even questions such infallible knowledge [Independent, not so much, no].

In the spirit of an independent flip-flop, where we try viewing history from the “loser’s perspective,” here’s a portion of a “Loser’s History” report on the 1905 ruling by the Supreme Court in the case of Jacobson V. Massachusetts.

Spoiler alert (from 115 years ago): Jacobson (refusing further vaccination) “lost” but NOT in the way it’s being portrayed today.

ICAN his heavily shadowbanned & The Highwire’s channel was completely removed from YouTube several months ago for challenging the bottom-line-interests of ‘community guideline’ dictators. BUT before it was excommunicated from the church of online narratives, an ostentatious, abrasive and outrageous assertion was made and reiterated, NOT on the part of the terminated channel… but by a guest still held & hailed as somehow an arbitrator of truth, when in fact, he’s more like an arbitrary traitor of truth.

The back(stab)story: A couple of months ago, Alan Dershowitz “an expert” & Harvard-approved “professor of law” (no wonder the grown-kids are confused) made the INSANE assertion that EVERYONE should be vaccinated against COVID-19(84), regardless of ANY objections – medical, religious or freedom of conscience. Talk about ‘con-science’: as in “contradiction or contrary to,” “opposed” or “against” science).

“You have no right not to be vaccinated. And If you refuse to be vaccinated the state has the power to literally take you to a doctor’s office and plunge a needle into your arm.”

Dershowitz stated this on May 16, 2020 with full certainty. This is the quote from an actual LAW PROFESSOR who has taught constitutional law at the university level, with a career in legal & political matters spanning some 50 years … and still somehow inaccurately refers to our representative form of government as “a democracy” NOT our “Constitutional Republic.” (But the “fake democracy” dangerous wording objection is a pet peeve federally reserved for another precious day & a nearly worthless dollar.)

A few weeks following the Highwire debacle, Alan Dershowitz participated in a professional debate with Robert F Kennedy Jr. (unlike the bar-fight of our next presidential wanna-bees) where, by the end, perhaps he, himself, questioned his own position… or at least acknowledge the need to reconsider asserting such a strong stance. See, RFK Jr. while often ridiculed or censored, stands strong and still … speaks softly, & carries a BIG stack …of facts.

What I’ve not seen addressed publicly enough is the actual horrific history behind the premise of the “needle-plunging” claim. It’s been covered within the (2nd) documentary “WHY Big Oil Conquered The World” by James Corbett and in articles by the National Vaccine Information Center. Neither are mainstream, both are spot on. A recent admission by the upper echelons allude to the same, in the non-circulated article by Business World: “Mandatory vaccination is unconstitutional.” I’m sure someone somewhere has told this tale from an angle OTHER than history-skewer’s victors, but has it ever been heard, learned, & its lessons applied?

Since, due to many reasons (not many the fault of the average person) the average person doesn’t actually read anymore in these “latter daze.” A clever meme, hashtag or wisely-placed headline that doesn’t hang innocent heads out to dry is needed to convey the most basic of opposition to anything contrary to what the few in power condition the majority to believe. For example, Dershowitz has establishment power. What he said is factually false; it’s common-sensibly false. It is certainly NOT lawful; not from a legislative NOR judicial point of view.

However, if the average person hears this acclaimed law professor say this, that average person will tend to trust that what this expert said was true!

If those who attempt to clarify the erroneous announcement are silenced, the average person will believe he must submit, the learned-helplessness of our societal upbringing leads to the sentiment of: ‘so what would be the use in trying to bother fighting it’? The average person has lived most of life to just ‘go along to get along’. Again, that’s not an aspersion toward the average person, it’s arrows aimed at a system that lies to the average person… from BIRTH.

A quick & eloquently articulated presentation of this information by a trustworthy advocate of one of US, We The People, might be able to hit this message home. (I nominate the likes of Really Graceful for such a job, particularly since she’s done this concise history-to-present thing more than a time or two). Average Person who might not read this or may not have time to watch a 4-hour, two-part documentary on something with “oil” in the title, or has had algorithms suppress his or her news-feed, might just have a chance to come across such a truth-tellers’ more accurate portrayal.

History Note: Maybe Prof Dershowitz didn’t do his homework, or perhaps he forgot (or maybe he just twisted it). The case he implies give precedent for this was the Supreme Court Ruling of Jacobson V. Massachusetts (from 1905, this debate over “forced” injection was settled over a century ago).

See, Massachusetts had passed a law through its legislative bodies that basically said in the case of a Smallpox epidemic, everyone must get vaccinated against it or pay a $5.00 fine (well, everyone except any child whose doctor finds he or she is “not fit” or as we’d say today “exempt”). Jacobson had been vaccinated during childhood and suffered severely from that immunization treatment. He also had a child who’d received a vaccine injury and knew other folks in the community who had all gone through the same thing: adverse reactions to the vaccine. According to the MA law, Jacobson owed the state of Massachusetts $5.00. The State wanted their fine money but Jacobson’s sentiment must have fallen along the lines of… ‘ummm, that’s kinda like extortion… I have to pay so you don’t injure me? That can’t be constitutional, can it?’

It seems to me that Jacobson, must have felt a strong conviction to go through the hassle of doing the following: Refuse to pay the one-time $5 fine (today, that might be around $500), fight the prosecutor on the local level, then upon losing, taking it to the state level, then upon losing, taking it all the way up to the United States Supreme Court! That’s a lot of effort to expend to try to get out of a five dollar fine! Obviously, the issue itself, was greater than the financial amount owed.

So in an unusual turn of events, the US’s highest court in the land took on the case. The job of the Supreme Court is NOT to adjudicate crimes or settle disputes – that’s all done on a local (in some circumstances federal) level, according to such jurisdictional laws. The ONLY JOB of the US Supreme Court is to decide if a questionable law is “Constitutional” or “Unconstitutional.” In this case, they sided with Massachusetts, deciding that the ‘vaccinate or pay $5’ law did not violate rights afforded to Jacobson in the US Constitution. In the writings of the case, the court deliberated the merits of Jacobson’s arguments verse the “common good” sentiment based on whatever “experts” and “science says” today. Sound familiar, still today? The 1905 decision included this noteworthy quote: “…we do not perceive that this legislation has invaded any right secured by the Federal Constitution.”

Jacobson “lost” ¿,thus setting the president that the the State can now inject him (and the rest of US) regardless of our medical history or justifiable objections? No, what’s “lost” is that neither Jacobson (nor the minor child involved) had to be forcibly injected with a 2nd round of the smallpox vax after the 1st had already cause injury!!! The Supreme Court ruling legitimized that it was, in fact, illegal for Jacobson to NOT pay the (one-time) $5 fine for declining the vaccine.

At no time did the state of Massachusetts “plunge a needle” into Jacobson nor Jacobson’s child’s arm.

The Ruling’s actual result? Jacobson paid the five Bucks* & went on his own merry way.

That particular case DID lead to another historic atrocity by setting the precedent for forced Eugenics in the USA though – see Buck v. Bell, which legalized COMPULSORY STERILIZATION of “the feeble-minded” ya know, “for the protection and health of the state.” Poor Carrie Buck had come from a long line of bad luck, not bad genes, that involved abuse, poverty, and rape. This travesty of a decision added “injury to insult” not just on her behalf but for tens of thousands of Americans (that we know of) who were subsequently forced to undergo medical procedures against their will that denied them the ability to have children! … Interested how Alan Dershowitz ‘forgot’ to mention that part. Both cases were heard & decided in part under racist & (in)famed eugenicist, Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes, Jr. who declared [sarcasm incoming] in his obvious infinite wisdom: “Three generations of imbeciles are enough.”

That’s the rational behind those who want this forced. The psychopathic thinking pattern is as follows: “We can make you go to war where you’ll likely die, therefore OF COURSE we have the power to, at our discretion, inject you or sterilize you against your will. So, those foolish enough to let us, will get what they deserve.” This was a progressive push a century ago that We The People finally wised-up and stood up against…sadly, it only took two whole world wars!!!

But the sentiment is as pervasive now as it was back then. We (the majority of US) just don’t recognize it as such. It’s been banned, then re-branded; publicly tried then quietly given high-level positions of power; reminiscent of Operation Paperclip following WWII when Nazi criminals deserving of the death penalty for crimes against humanity were quietly passed passports and job placements within the USA instead; why execute such intelligence when these talented war criminals might could get US to the moon or weaponize a tick?

COVID-19, The Corona Virus, SARS-COV-2, 2019-nCoV… whatever it’s portrayed to US as – a virus, a disease, a germ, an affliction, a pandemic, or a sick, sick scapegoat of a hoax – is NO Smallpox. It’s not even Big-pox! Even in early lock-down, it was predicted by flip-flop Fauci, himself to be no more deadly than the seasonal flu. Its mortality rate has since been well understood to be far LESS dramatic. Indeed before the year 2020, anyone who had ever read the back of a Clorox wipe container and looked it up, would have been directed by g00gle to Wiki-d-pedia and read: “Coronaviruses are believed to cause a significant percentage of all common colds in human adults. Coronaviruses cause colds in humans primarily in the winter and early spring seasons.” It’s tragically ironic how blurry simple science has become in 2020’s vision.

I, one of many [We The] People, don’t assert that I can see all aspects of this lunacy. But I believe in health freedom. I put hope and trust in the fact that actual informed citizens can make their own health choices without mandates. It’s clear that the few who would carelessly put the many at risk for their own selfish gain … have already done just that. They are the psychopaths already in power, board with their billions of Monopoly bucks and ready to bet on something new they can manipulate the masses to do (like ‘not wasting this good crisis’ by pushing their preexisting “The Great Reset” takeover button.

If you’re held up waiting for a novel DNA altering, wireless tech-reading enabled vaccination to allow you to unmask and return to a new normal, you’ve put your faith in a science god that’s constantly proclaimed to be “settled” but changing its mind faster than the Mockingbird-Stream-Media, Political-Panderers, and Sold-Scientific flip-floppers in the midst of this propagated crisis. If you’re in that boat, there’s still time to jump ship… but only a little. We’re better off clinging to a raft, or in a lifeboat or even stranded on a desert isle than unwittingly determined to go down with this ship In the midst of the sea as the raging storm of lies prevail.

I speak for We The People when I say, the power is already in OUR hands…We don’t need it forcefully injected or marked there. We have claimed and continue to hold on to the fundamental principle that health freedom is OURS, Informed Consent MUST be transparent to every adult and parent. And to these mad scientists’ mandates? We Say No. #WeSayNo

And if you know the Truth (the only One that truly sets you free , see John 8:32), you’re already saying, with all God-given authority: “peace; be still” to the figurative wind & rains in your own life on a daily basis. Are you prepared to to keep your eyes fixed and step out in faith to walk on water? Are you ready to physically reject this world’s leaders’ solution to this world’s presented problem? On a personal note: I don’t believe they’ll gain the power to make it mandatory (at least not this time around)… but they’ll be able to make life seem like hell-on-earth for those who refuse. The distinction of using force vs. coercion… the ability to make it nearly impossible to survive without what THEY say YOU must have is as night and day as “1984” vs. “Brave New World”. But they ultimately result in the same centralized power dystopian soon-to-arrive future NOW. …Interesting how this exact picture was painted by John the Revelator two thousand years ago. In the midst of strong delusions; we must hold on to TRUTH. I’ve signed the “petition” (again, right here:); I’ve reasserted my rights, and I plan to continue to live in freedom not forfeit in fear; & with faith and security in my Spiritual destination, I’ve solidified my earthly position: that I do NOT consent to being vaxed, tracked, traced and/or databased as have multitudes, the world over!
